The Cuba Tourist Board introduced its new director for English-speaking Canada during a Toronto reception Wednesday. Ruben Jimenez has worked in tourism for 16 years and arrives in Toronto at a time when Cuba’s tourist trade is doing particularly well, with the country being one of only two Caribbean Tourism Organization members that saw increases in visitations in 2009.
