Porter unveils new home
Porter Airlines unveiled its new $50 million passenger terminal at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport earlier this week. The terminal, expected to serve more than 1.3 million travellers this year, will open to passengers on March 7. New passenger lounges will triple current capacity and include standard complimentary Porter amenities such as a business centre, modern lounge-style seating, beverages, snacks and Wi-Fi. Taking part in the ceremony were (l-r) Porter president and CEO Robert Deluce, Transport Minister John Baird, Porter board of directors chair Don Carty and MPP Monte Kwinter.
