The Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism was the centre of attention at the Quebec Winter Carnival last week after being honoured as the official guest country. Quebec Minister of Tourism Nicole Ménard and Carnival’s president, André Roy, held an official welcome cocktail reception for the Dominican delegation headed by the Foreign Affairs Deputy Minister, Luis Simo and Tourism Deputy Minister of Culture, Altagracia Olmos.
