The North Shore Ravens Bantam Girls hockey team has quite a weekend. The team visited Samsung Electronics’ Olympic Rendezvous @ Samsung (OR@S) pavilion as the winners of the Olympic sponsor’s Hooray for Hayley contest. The Samsung initiative was designed to bring kinds together at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games and give them a chance to watch their hockey hero, Hayley Wickenheiser. The girls, ages 13 and 14, got a tour of the OR@S pavilion and cheered on the Canadian Women’s Ice Hockey team in their first game at the Olympics.
